Pear and Oatmeal Pancakes

Time to liven up your healthy(ish) breakfast routine with these Pear and Oatmeal Pancakes: Ready in minutes and super delicious!



  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor/blender and blitz until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Heat a small frypan over low heat.  Ladle 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and swirl the pan around gently so the mixture spreads out.  Cook for about 2 minutes or until browned.  Flip and cook the other side.  Remove from pan to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. Slather with the optional maple syrup and other toppings of your choice and enjoy!


Although the maple syrup is listed as “optional” this really is not the case.  You are withholding the most amazing treat if you do not include Maple syrup into this recipe.  Just sayin’
